1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lett ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Lett is an email and calendar automation service that uses intelligent agents to manage your email communications, schedule meetings, handle calendar conflicts, and perform various administrative tasks on your behalf. Our agents work autonomously to reduce the time you spend on email and calendar management, only requesting your confirmation for important decisions.

2. Description of Service

Lett provides the following services:

  • Email management and automation, including categorization, archiving, and drafting responses
  • Calendar management, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and availability coordination
  • Voice agent services for phone calls, reservations, and cancellations
  • Smart prioritization and filtering of communications
  • Daily briefings and summaries of your schedule and important emails
  • Integration with third-party calendar services (Google Calendar, Outlook, and others)

Our agents operate 24/7 and are designed to handle approximately 98% of tasks automatically, only notifying you for high-stakes decisions that require your input.

3. User Accounts and Access

To use Lett, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not use the Service to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Review and confirm important decisions when prompted by our agents
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your data.

By using Lett, you acknowledge that:

  • We will access your email and calendar data to provide the Service

  • We do not use your data to train AI models
  • We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your information

6. Agent Actions and Liability

Lett's agents perform actions on your behalf based on your instructions and preferences. You understand that:

  • Agents operate autonomously but within parameters you set
  • You will be notified for important decisions requiring your confirmation
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent actions when prompted
  • We are not liable for actions taken by agents that you have approved or that fall within your specified parameters
  • You should review agent actions regularly to ensure they align with your intentions

While our agents are designed to be accurate and helpful, they may occasionally make errors. You agree to review important communications and decisions made by agents.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Lett integrates with third-party services including email providers and calendar services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services. Any issues with third-party integrations should be reported to both Lett and the third-party service provider.

8. Subscription and Payment

Access to Lett may be provided through a subscription model. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

9. Beta Access

Lett is currently in beta. If you are granted beta access:

  • The Service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
  • We may modify or discontinue features without notice
  • Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve the Service
  • Beta access may be limited or revoked at our discretion

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Lett and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lett and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lett operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lett regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
